Allyum is recruiting a Financial analyst

As a Financial Analyst with Allyum, you will work in Corporate Finance
and Private Equity Services group.

You will be in charge of the following tasks :

• Analysis of business plans and companies : cash flow projections, financial structure,
  market research … ;
• Business modeling ;
• Financial reporting and control ;
• Valuation : DCF, DDM, trading multiples etc.

In addition you will be involved in M&A transactions, Equity funding as well as other
corporate finance tasks.

Your profile

• You hold a university degree in finance / economics / management ;
• You have 2 to 4 years of experience in M&A / corporate finance / private equity / audit ;
• Actual work experience in the performance of valuations or in business modeling
  is appreciated ;
• You are a team player with very good communication, analytical and report writing skills ;
• Our ideal candidate speaks fluent French and English, Dutch would be nice-to-have ;
• Computer literate, software applications such as Word, Excel and Power-Point.
